Our List for 2012 will be posted in February.
Demo at Tara Natural Foods in Kingston: March 3rd from 10:00 to 2:00. Drop in for some warm homemade soup and biscuits. Chef Sébastien is also testing recipes with our new dry black beans... he's sure to have something creative to try, and he'll have the recipe available to take home.
Demo at Sobeys in Picton: March 24th from 10:00 to 2:00. Chef Sébastien will have a few items available for taste testing along with recipes. Further details to follow.
Maple in the County: March 31st & April 1st from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 p.m.
Chef Sébastien Schwab will prepare a lunch of sweet potato soup, marinated chicken sandwich, maple apple crumble, and coffee or punch. Cost is $7.00/adult and $4.00/child (10 and under) with $1.00 from each lunch sold being donated to the Picton Food Bank. A special price will be available for families of five or more.
The Brummell Family will have samples of their maple syrup, with a variety of bottle sizes available for purchase.
We will have tours (weather permitting) and announce a couple new initiatives for 2012.
Note that we will also accept donations of non-perishable food item(s) for the Food Bank that weekend.
